Mattresses collect body oils, sweat, and dust over years, and none of that comes out through a fitted sheet. We use a low-moisture method so the mattress dries in hours rather than days: dry-vacuum the surface and seams, pre-treat the stains we can treat, clean, then extract as much moisture back out as we can. Strip the bedding before we arrive and the whole thing goes faster.

Mattress Cleaning questions
How long until I can sleep on it?
Several hours. Do not make the bed up until the mattress is dry all the way through — sheets on a damp mattress trap the moisture in.
Do I need to strip the bed first?
Yes, please. Take off the sheets, the mattress protector, and anything else covering the mattress before we arrive.
Can you clean both sides?
Yes, as an add-on, on a mattress we can safely flip. Pillow-top and very heavy mattresses are often one-sided by design.
